We have an in-house manufacturing facility for lagging rubber sheets, offering a wide range of material combinations to ensure the right lagging solution based on your pulley size and application requirements. Our high-performance lagging sheets increase traction between the conveyor belt and drive pulley, preventing slippage, reducing belt wear, and extending operational lifespan.

Engineered with high-tensile rubber compounds and cold/hot vulcanization bonding layers, our lagging sheets provide superior resistance to abrasion, impact, and chemical exposure. By improving water and debris shed, they maintain continuous friction even under wet, muddy, or harsh operating conditions.

Our Offered Sheet Types Include

• Plain Rubber Sheet -
  Designed for non-drive or snub pulleys where friction enhancement is not required, offering a protective layer to prevent shell wear and material buildup.
• Diamond Groove Pulley Lagging Sheet -
  Features a cross-groove pattern that offers high flexibility, efficient water dispersion, and self-cleaning characteristics to optimize drive pulley traction in wet environments.
• Herringbone Pulley Lagging Sheet -
  Specifically grooved for directional drive applications, guiding water and debris away from the center to maximize grip under high-tension loads.
